Tiller System 2.0:Precision Engineering for More Stable and Consistent Shooting
Old Mountain has continuously developed its bow adjustment systems to provide archers with more precise tuning and greater shooting consistency.
The new Tiller System 2.0 is the result of this ongoing development.
The applied product: Vivace
Developed with Old Mountain’s precision engineering technology, Tiller System 2.0 has been redesigned to provide more precise adjustment, stronger locking force, and improved alignment stability.
The system allows draw weight and tiller adjustment through the tiller bolt, while the newly developed dual center adjustment bolts enable independent left/right alignment correction.
This allows archers to fine-tune the bow’s center alignment quickly and accurately without damaging the handle.

01. Dual Center Adjustment Bolts
One of the most important upgrades in Tiller System 2.0 is the dual center adjustment bolt system.
Instead of relying on a single adjustment point, the system uses independent left and right adjustment bolts to provide precise control over the bow's center alignment without any possibility of damaging the handle.
Key Benefits
- Independent left/right fine adjustment
- Precise center alignment
- Quick and accurate setup
- Easy correction of alignment errors
- Improved tuning consistency
This design allows small alignment errors to be corrected more precisely, helping the archer achieve a more consistent setup.
02. Upgraded Center Adjustment Block
The center adjustment block has also been redesigned with improved machining precision.
The upgraded structure provides a smoother adjustment feel and allows more controlled fine tuning.
Key Benefits
- Enhanced machining precision
- Smooth and precise adjustment
- Improved repeatability
- More consistent positioning
The improved repeatability is particularly important when the bow is repeatedly assembled, adjusted, and used over time.
03. Upgraded Locking Block
The locking structure has been reinforced to provide stronger and more secure fixation.
The upgraded locking block features an expanded contact area, increasing the stability of the connection between the components.
Key Benefits
- Expanded contact area
- Stronger locking force
- Stable and secure fixation
- Minimized play and movement
By reducing unnecessary movement, the system helps maintain the selected setup more consistently during repeated shooting.
04. Three-Bolt Locking System
Tiller System 2.0 introduces an upgraded Three-Bolt Locking System.
Three fastening bolts provide stronger clamping force and help maintain a stable connection between the components.
The system is designed to remain reliable even under repeated shock and vibration generated during shooting.
Key Benefits
- Three fastening bolts for stronger clamping
- Improved structural stability
- Reliable performance under shock and vibration
- Reduced setting changes over time
- More secure locking
This stronger locking structure helps maintain the shooter's preferred setup over repeated use.
05. Tiller Bolt
The redesigned Tiller Bolt provides precise control over tiller and draw-weight adjustment.
The adjustment mechanism is designed to provide a smooth and controlled adjustment feel while maintaining durability and reliability.
Key Benefits
- Precise tiller adjustment
- Precise draw-weight adjustment
- Smooth adjustment feel
- High durability
- Reliable long-term performance
Fine adjustment becomes easier and more predictable, allowing archers to make precise changes according to their shooting setup.
Designed for Precision. Built for Stability.
Tiller System 2.0 is more than a simple adjustment system.
Every major component has been redesigned with a focus on precision, stability, repeatability, and durability.
From the dual center adjustment bolts to the upgraded locking structure, each improvement is designed to give archers greater control over their bow setup.
The result is a system that provides:
More Precise Adjustment
Stronger Locking Force
Better Center Alignment
Improved Repeatability
Greater Stability Under Repeated Use
At Old Mountain, we believe that even the smallest adjustment can make a difference.
